Division of Workers' Compensation posts approved EAMS OCR forms vendor list
A comprehensive testing procedure for vendor-developed optical character recognition (OCR) forms used in the Electronic Adjudication Management System (EAMS) has been completed. The testing, which took place at Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) headquarters in Oakland and was conducted by DWC staff, began June 29 and concluded Nov. 10.
A total of 12 vendors’ forms passed the test:
The complete list of vendors can also be found at www.dwc.ca.gov/eams.

Forms vendors who wanted their forms tested by DWC followed these steps:
Both sets of forms were then tested by DWC in side-by-side comparison for errors and discrepancies. Vendors had the opportunity to fix any problems found and resubmit their forms for further testing.
