Division of Workers' Compensation San Bernardino office closed today due to local wild fires
The Division of Workers’ Compensation San Bernardino office has been evacuated due to problems resulting from local fires. The division’s San Diego office also remains closed today.
All workers compensation cases set to be heard before the San Bernardino and San Diego Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) on Wednesday, Oct. 24 will be rescheduled. Injured workers, their representatives and others with business at the San Bernardino and San Diego district offices may call the division’s Information Service Center at (909) 383-4341, (619) 767-2083 or 1-800-736-7401 for updates on the office closure.
Information Service Center staff normally located in San Bernardino have been temporarily moved to Pomona. Calls to the Information Service Center are being answered from that location.
