Division of Workers' Compensation announces locations for qualified medical evaluator exam | |
The Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) has secured locations for its Oct. 27, 2007 qualified medical evaluation (QME) examination. The exam will be given at:

Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and the examination begins at approximately 10 a.m. After instruction is given, those taking the exam will have three hours to complete it.
The DWC Medical Unit began accepting applications in June and applications to take the exam must be filed by Sep. 6. Applications for the QME exam may now be completed on line at http://www.dir.ca.gov/IMC/exampacket.pdf. Once completed, the application must still be printed and mailed to:
