Adjustment to the DMEPOS section of the Official Medical Fee Schedule to conform to changes in the Medicare payment system is posted on the DWC Web site

The Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) has posted an adjustment to the durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and supplies (DMEPOS) section of the Official Medical Fee Schedule to conform to changes in the Medicare payment system as required by Labor Code section 5307.1. DWC previously posted the July DMEPOS release. This current release only changes one code, E0762. The descriptor is: Transcutaneous electrical joint stimulation device system, includes all accessories. The effective date of the change is July 1, 2006.
