Division of Workers’ Compensation reminds outpatient facilities of high cost outlier deadline
The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) reminds outpatient
facilities that wish to elect the high cost outlier per Title 8, Cal. Code of
Regulations, section 9789.33 (c) (1), that they must do so by Mar. 1, 2006 to
qualify for alternative payment from Apr. 1, 2006 through Mar. 31, 2007. Facilities
must submit DWC form 15. The form may be downloaded from the Web site in Word
format at http://www.dir.ca.gov/t8/DWC_form15.doc
and in PDF format at http://www.dir.ca.gov/t8/DWC_form15.pdf.
