Notice of rulemaking for medical-legal fee schedule published in the California Notice Register

DWC's medical-legal fee schedule regulations were filed with the state Office of Administrative Law on Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2005 for approval and publication in the California Notice Register. A public hearing has been scheduled for Monday, Jan. 30, 2006, in Oakland.
