Adjustment to the durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and supplies (DMEPOS) portion of the official medical fee schedule to conform to changes in the Medicare payment system is posted on the DWC Web site

The Division of Workers' Compensation has posted an adjustment to the DMEPOS section of the official medical fee schedule (OMFS) to conform to changes in the Medicare payment system as required by Labor Code section 5307.1. The effective date of the change will be Dec. 15, 2005. The order adopting the adjustments can be found at: http://www.dir.ca.gov/DWC/OMFS9904.htm.
