Notice of rulemaking for predesignation of treating physician and return to work regulations published in the California Notice Register

DWC's predesignation of treating physician and return to work regulations were published in the California Notice Register on Oct. 28, 2005. A public hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 15, 2005, in Oakland.
