Official medical fee schedule, physician fee regulations approved

Permanent adoption of the official medical fee schedule, physician fee regulations has been approved by the state Office of Administrative Law. The permanent regulations were approved by OAL and filed with the secretary of state on Sep. 29, 2005. The regulations as filed with the secretary of state can be found on the DWC website at http://www.dir.ca.gov/dwc/dwcpropregs/OMFSEmerRegs2TableA.htm.
