Permanent medical provider network regulations approved

Permanent adoption of the medical provider network regulations has been approved by the state Office of Administrative Law. The permanent regulations were filed with the secretary of state on Sep. 9, 2005 and become effective Sep. 15, 2005. The regulations and forms as filed with the secretary of state can be found on the DWC Web site at: http://www.dir.ca.gov/dwc/dwcpropregs/MPNReg.htm.

Some non-substantive changes to the version of the regulations originally submitted to OAL have been made to the final version of the regulations.
