Order of the administrative director rescinding two previous duplicate orders related to the official medical fee schedule posted to DWC Web site

The Division of Workers' Compensation has posted an order rescinding two previous duplicate orders related to the official medical fee schedule:

1. The order pertaining to durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and supplies

2. The order pertaining to pathology and laboratory services.

These two orders were inadvertently posted Aug. 25, 2005 with an effective date of Oct. 1, 2005. They are being rescinded because there was already an order pertaining to durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and supplies and an order pertaining to laboratory and pathology services in effect.

The order of the administrative director dated Jul. 29, 2005 with an effective date of Sep. 1, 2005 remains in effect.
