Adjustment of official medical fee schedule regarding laboratory and pathology services to conform to changes in medicare payment system is posted on the DWC Web site

The Division of Workers' Compensation has posted an adjustment to the laboratory and pathology services section of the official medical fee schedule to conform to changes in the Medicare payments system as required by Labor Code section 5307.1. The effective date of the changes will be Oct. 1, 2005.
