DWC re-adopts utilization review standards emergency regulations

The Office of Administrative Law has approved the emergency re-adoption of the utilization review standards regulations. This emergency regulatory action is effective on Apr. 12, 2005 and will expire on Aug. 11, 2005. The certificate of compliance for this action is due no later than Aug. 10, 2005.
