FROI SROI data quality reports

Trading partner specific data quality reports have been prepared for FROI (148) and SROI (A49) transactions submitted between 7/1/2009 and 5/31/2010. The reports include a summary of the acknowledgments for this period by error code and data element number, along with detailed information on any SROIs rejected with the error code 063 (invalid event sequencing). They will be sent by email to the business contact person for each trading partner.  For claims administrators who are sending data to WCIS through a third party administrator (TPA), if you would like a copy of your TPA’s data quality report, please contact your TPA directly.

Aggregated data quality reports for the system are available on the WCIS website at http://www.dir.ca.gov/dwc/wcis/WCIS_Reports.html.
