Medical lien payments in California

The California DWC\WCIS intends to adopt the attached IAIABC IRR procedures for processing Medical Lien Payments (IRR: MED547R1.0). Please refer to the WCIS webpage at http://www.dir.ca.gov/DWC/WCIS.htm for updated information regarding the pending IAIABC guidelines. A mini educational course will be offered in early April 2007. Details will be announced in a forthcoming eNews and posted on the WCIS webpage.
