WCIS medical data training conference

The collection of medical data is anticipated to become mandatory by October 2006. In preparation, a WCIS medical data training conference will be held on April 3-4, 2006 in Los Angeles and on April 27-28, 2006 in Oakland. The training conference agenda and registration forms are attached for your information. There is no charge to attend this training. If you plan to attend, please send a completed registration form either by email to wcis@dir.ca.gov or by fax to 510-286-6862. Updates and information on medical data reporting are posted on the WCIS Webpage at http://www.dir.ca.gov/DWC/WCIS.htm.
