We recently discovered that towards the end of April, 2003, some unexpected and unrelated problems adversely impacted the processing of a number of incoming transactions. The result was that some Trading Partners have not yet received their Acknowledgements for transactions sent to the WCIS system over the past couple weeks. We are addressing all the problems, so that we expect to be caught up by early next week. We appreciate your patience.
