Delay in WCIS Acknowledgements

Some Trading Partners have not yet received their Acknowledgements for transactions sent over the past few weeks to the WCIS system. This has been primarily due to a larger than expected increase in the workload, including the "AN" transactions (Annuals) and delays in processing especially large batches. This has resulted in processing delays of all transactions. We expect to catch up by the beginning of next week. We appreciate your patience.
