WCIS Acknowledgement Problem Is Fixed

The WCIS Programmers have corrected the problem with the stuck acknowledgements. It was corrected by isolating some bad transactions that prevented the acknowledgement process to continue. As of last night, the WCIS system started sending out acknowledgements, so that all Trading Partners should receive their backlogged acknowledgements by tonight.
