WCIS Acknowledgement Processing Problem

Happy Holidays from the California WCIS group.

Unfortunately, the WCIS system is experiencing a problem processing acknowledgements. This includes acknowledgements for all transactions sent since Friday morning, December 20, 2002. DIR staff is working to fix the problem but, as of now, we have no estimated time for resolution of the problem.

Therefore, do not expect to receive acknowledgements for any transaction sent since Friday to the WCIS until after the problem is fixed and all prior acknowledgements have been sent out. Although acknowledgements are not being sent, incoming transactions are still being processed by the WCIS system. So, we encourage Trading Partners to continue submitting their transactions. We will keep everyone posted as we make progress.
