from the California Division of Workers' Compensation
WCIS Educational Forums - Subsequent Reports
The California Division of Workers' Compensation has scheduled its next WCIS Educational Forums. These Forums will focus on submission of Subsequent Reports of Injury, and will also cover procedures for submitting data at the end of a variance period. These Forums will generally NOT repeat information presented in earlier Forums, which focused on submission of First Reports of Injury.
Like previous Forums, these are intended for people who are responsible for actually implementing electronic data interchange. Some of the material presented will be rather technical. We will expect that attendees understand the basics of transmitting workers' compensation data via electronic data interchange. Those who have attended a previous WCIS Educational Forum will have the expected background information.
There is no charge for attending the Forums.
The next Forums will be held:
San Francisco - Monday, June 12, 2000
10:00 - 4:00Van Nuys - Tuesday, June 27, 2000
