Occasional
announcements and technical updates regarding
California's
Workers' Compensation Information System (WCIS),
from the
California Division of Workers' Compensation
................
We will provide a status report in approximately two weeks to keep you informed on resolution of this issue.
Until the issue has been fully resolved and backlogged acknowledgements have been sent, please hold your requests for our staff to track individual data batches and acknowledgements. We do not have sufficient resources to research one-by-one the numerous batches that have not yet been acknowledged.
Meanwhile, WCIS is receiving and processing incoming data normally. All trading partners can continue sending their data as usual.
We extend again our regrets for any inconveniences and costs our trading partners experience because of WCIS systems problems. We are aware that WCIS has been a source of frustration, and we are working toward resolving the current issues.
