Delay in Processing – WCIS Medical Bill Payment Data Reporting

 

Due to technical difficulties, there is a delay in the processing and acknowledgement of the WCIS Medical Bill Payment Data Reporting. The Office of Technology (OTECH) in Sacramento has transferred WCIS to a temporary server while they are working to resolve the issue. The temporary server’s limited capacity has resulted in delays in processing of all acknowledgements, especially those of larger size. We estimate transfer to a permanent server by next week and restoration of usual processing times.
