Some employees work at several different locations or don’t work at any of my establishments. How do I record cases for these employees? Answer Link each employee with an establishment. Record cases on the Cal/OSHA 300 Form that covers the employee’s establishment (or “short-term” establishment). Question How do I record a case when an employee from one establishment is injured or becomes ill while visiting or working at another of my establishments? Answer Record the case on the Cal/OSHA 300 Log for the establishment at which the injury or illness occurred. Question How do I record a case when an employee is working away from any of my establishments and becomes ill or is injured? Answer Record the case on the Cal/OSHA 300 Log for the establishment at which the employee normally works. |
