The February 2002 proposal was based on the structure of the Injury and Illness Prevention Program and as such was general in nature. The July 15 meeting will focus on provisions that could be added to that earlier proposal to provide clearer direction with respect to specific measures for control of heat illness as well as response to medical emergencies.
