Because of confusion about the rights of undocumented workers employed in California resulting from a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision, Hoffman Plastic Compound, Inc., v. National Labor Relations Board, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement is providing clarification of its enforcement practices.
