Car Washing and Polishing Required Fees

The Division of Labor Standards Enforcement must receive a completed application along with the fee specified below. Be sure to complete the application form and include the registration fee and all required documents in orderto avoid delays in processing.

Fees may be paid by certified check, cashier's check, or money order made payable to DIVISION OF LABOR STANDARDS ENFORCEMENT.

NEW Applications:

Fees are charged per branch you operate.
Annual Reg. fee = $200; annual assessment fee = $100
(i.e., $300 for each branch location)
RENEWALS:

Fees are charged per branch you operate.
Annual Reg. fee = $200; annual assessment fee = $100
