NOTICE OF MODIFICATIONS TO TEXT
OF PROPOSED REGULATIONS
Pursuant to the requirements of Government Code section 11346.8, subsection (c), and section 44 of Title 1 of the California Code of Regulations, the Department of Industrial Relations, Office of the Director, is providing notice of changes made to proposed regulations in Article 3, Section 15212, which was the subject of a regulatory notice on April 27, 2001.
If you have any comments regarding the proposed changes, The Department will accept written comments between August 16, 2001 and August 31, 2001. All written comments must be submitted to the Office of Self Insurance Plans no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 31, 2001, and addressed to:
