CAL/OSHA ADVISORY COMMITTEE

PROPOSED RULEMAKING SCHEDULED FOR UPCOMING PUBLIC HEARINGS

 

Pursuant to Government Code Section 11346.4 and the provisions of Labor Code Sections 142.1, 142.2, and 142.3, the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board has set the time and place for a Public Hearing.  At the Public Hearing, the Board will consider public testimony on the proposed changes noticed below to occupational safety and health regulations in Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations.

Heard at the November 15, 2001, Public Hearing; adopted on January 17, 2002; filed with the Secretary of State on March 5, 2002; and became effective on April 4, 2002.
