IMPORTANT NOTICE TO AWARDING BODIES AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES REGARDING A CORRECTION TO THE DIRECTOR’S GENERAL PREVAILING WAGE DETERMINATIONS
Dear Public Official/Other Interested Parties:
- CRAFT/CLASSIFICATION: Apprentice Chainman/Rodman
- LOCALITY: Imperial, Inyo, Kern, Kings, Los Angeles, Mono, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura Counties
- DETERMINATION: 2021-1
The Vacation/Holiday amount of $4.55 published in the 2021-1 General Prevailing Wage Apprentice Rates for the above-mentioned apprentice craft/classification and counties was published incorrectly. The correct Vacation/Holiday amount should be $3.55 ($2.15 Vacation-Holiday and $1.40 Supplemental Dues). Consequently, the Total Hourly Rate for each Period is reduced by $1.00.
With the exception of the above correction, all of the wage rates, and other conditions found in the above referenced determination remain unchanged.
GENERAL PREVAILING WAGE APPRENTICE RATES
Apprentice Prevailing Wage Rates are paid only to apprentices registered with the State of California, Division of Apprenticeship Standards, for work the registered apprentice performs in his/her specific craft or trade. You may check whether an Apprentice is registered at the Division of Apprenticeship Standards Website (https://www.dir.ca.gov/DAS/appcertpw/AppCertSearch.asp)
