In accordance with Labor Code Sections 1173, 1178 and 1178.5, the Industrial Welfare Commission ("IWC") will hold a public meeting on Friday February 7, 2003. This public meeting will be held in Sacramento at the State Capitol, Senate Room 3191 commencing at 10:00 a.m.

PUBLIC MEETING AGENDA

1. Consideration of petition requesting the IWC to investigate amending Wage Order #5 as it pertains to employees of 24 hour group homes for the elderly and disabled, specifically in regards to overtime pay & sleep time.

2. Any new business that may come before the IWC.
