• Approval of QSI certification courses

• Certification of a QSI

• Owner's Certificate of compliance

  These regulations are Title 8, Division 1, Chapter 3.2, Subchapter 2, Section 344.5 through 344.17. Section 344.7 requires the owner of a permanent amusement ride to submit to the Division a Certificate of Compliance(16.0KB, pdf format), MS Word page 1 and MS Word page 2 document. Section 344.7(b)(4) requires that a written declaration by a QSI (Qualified Safety Inspector) be a part of the certificate of compliance.
