IIPP for Employers with Seasonal or Intermittent Employees

Our organization has been determined by the Division of Occupational Safety and Health to have historically utilized seasonal or intermittent employees. We Meet the Requirements of T8CCR 3203(b)(2) - Note 1.

Agricultural Industry   Construction Industry

We comply with the requirements of T8CCR 3203 by adopting and putting into place one of the sample model IIPP programs for Employers With Intermittent Employees.
