High Hazard Compliance Unit
The High Hazard Compliance Unit is responsible under Labor Code sections 6314.1 for the inspection of identified employer worksites in high hazard industries. Worksites are identified for inspection through the regional targeting plan or through accident and complaint referrals. The High Hazard Compliance Unit has two district offices as follows:
