At its November 15, 2012 meeting the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board held a public hearing on the federal language (Horcher) portion of the updates to Section 5194 and other Title 8 health standards regarding GHS. At that meeting, the Division indicated that it will hold an advisory meeting  to address non-Horcher changes along with other comments that came up during the public hearing process.
