| WHY: | Each year more than 4,000 employees travel from Arizona to California with their employers to harvest crops and a number of farm labor contractors maintain licenses in California and Arizona. In an effort to bridge the differences in state laws and assist these employers in maintaining compliance, the California-Arizona Agricultural Employers Seminar was created. The seminar will provide information on changes in California Labor Law regarding:
