DLSE is holding the forum to give members of the public—both workers and employers--an opportunity to share with newly appointed State Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet their concerns regarding the recent changes to the meal and rest period enforcement practices required by legislation and court decisions, and how these impact their daily work-lives.

All members of the public are invited to speak.  Additionally, the Office of the Labor Commissioner is accepting written comments by close of business Friday, August 31, 2007. Please send written comments to:
