The division will accept written comments concerning the proposed regulations 290.1, 291.1, 291.2, 291.3, 291.4, 291.5, 292.0, 293.0, and 295.0 and the adoption ofsections 296.0, 296.1, 296.2, 296.3, and 296.4. All written comments must be submitted to the division no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 25, 2005 at the following address:
