The Assembly Committee on Insurance has requested that the Commission on Health and Safety and Workers’ Compensation respond to several questions regarding the workers’ compensation system in California.
The purpose of this ‘Special CHSWC Meeting by Conference Call’ is to enable the Commission members to review the responses and release the report to the Legislature.
